Puddle Jumping

Here in the tundra we've started to experience a winter thaw. Finally!! A. and I had a great time yesterday out exploring the puddles in our front driveway. The snow in the yard is still so deep you sink to your knees-have to be prepared with snowpants and more for that!

Painting

Yesterday A. came to me and said, "Paint, paint, Mama."  We stopped what I had planned and went to the easel to paint. Of course, considering that she's 19 months old, it lasted all of 15 minutes, but it was still so beautiful.
